Aging and
Society: An Interdisciplinary Conference
Proposals
for paper presentations,
workshops or colloquia are invited for the Third Annual Aging and Society: An
Interdisciplinary Conference to be held 8 - 9 November 2013 at the
University Center, Chicago, IL, USA. We welcome proposals
from a variety of
disciplines and perspectives to contribute to the
conference
discourse. We also encourage faculty and students to
submit
joint proposals for
paper presentations, colloquia or panel discussions.
The Aging Conference is a place where leaders in the field and emerging professionals, scholars and teachers meet to discuss interests that span the breath of the various professional fields and academic disciplines that contribute to our understanding of aging and society.

Presenters may also choose to submit written
papers for publication in the fully refereed Aging and
Society: An Interdisciplinary Journal. If you are unable to
attend the conference in person, virtual registrations are
also available which allow you to submit an article based on
your presentation for possible publication in this fully
refereed academic journal.
The current deadline to submit a proposal (a title
and short abstract) is 8 January 2013.
