Aging and Society: An Interdisciplinary Conference

Proposals for paper presentations, workshops or colloquia are invited for the Third Annual Aging and Society: An Interdisciplinary Conference to be held 8 - 9 November 2013 at the University Center, Chicago, IL, USA. We welcome proposals from a variety of disciplines and perspectives to contribute to the conference discourse.  We also encourage faculty and students to submit joint proposals for paper presentations, colloquia or panel discussions.

The Aging Conference is a place where leaders in the field and emerging professionals, scholars and teachers meet to discuss interests that span the breath of the various professional fields and academic disciplines that contribute to our understanding of aging and society.
Presenters may also choose to submit written papers for publication in the fully refereed Aging and Society: An Interdisciplinary Journal. If you are unable to attend the conference in person, virtual registrations are also available which allow you to submit an article based on your presentation for possible publication in this fully refereed academic journal.
The current deadline to submit a proposal (a title and short abstract) is 8 January 2013.  For more information on submitting your proposal and registering for the conference, please click on the button below.
